- study programme-specific information and advice
- supervision of the registration system for courses with immanent examinations: pro-seminars, seminars, tutorials, excursions
- supervision of the registration system for courses and examinations
- contact point for acknowledgements: counselling, submission, collection of notification
- submission of examination certificates

- admission procedures and examination recognition
- approval of examination senates
